Fittingly, Arrow Auto Body Ltd. maintains the values of family and good, honest work, while successfully incorporating change. This mix of standards and flexibility has led to owner Chris Stathonikos celebrating his 25^th year in business.

The shop's growth is due in part to the owner's willingness to take chances and take care of the customer.

He's worked in an autobody shop since he was 16 years old, living in Greece. He says it still makes him smile when he closes a deal. "When the customer has been looked after and everything's organized, that brings me satisfaction."

"I love the business." Says Stathonikos. That's how he's survived and thrived for 25 years. "By making sure my customers get looked after." And although the business will one day change hands, it seems that traditions of family and honest work are here to stay, right alongside the quick-paced technological changes.

His son, Matthew, is being "groomed to take over the business." He's given the same advice, "Be honest. And care about the customer, if you aren't honest and you don't care about the customer, people can see through that." His customers have proved him right. "Ninety percent of my business is repeat and referral business." He says.
