Repair Technology
A hoist is available to allow inspection of suspension or underbody damage. When details of the damage have been recorded, a computerized analysis is generated using either the Mitchell or ADP Automated Estimation System. Being linked with several insurance companies' Direct Repair Programs, means that we can send photos, along with an estimate, directly to the insurance adjuster via modem for immediate approval. After being given a preliminary wash, vehicles enter the repair process in the body shop section where there are two in-floor frame machines and one Chief E-Z Liner frame machine. These built in frame rails are used by the body men for fixing minor frame damage and help pull out large damage by providing anchor points.
There is one cross-draft booth, which is used for priming and painting parts off the vehicle. The one De Vilbiss down draft paint booth is used for the final painting operation. Both booths are equipped with a bake cycle to assist in drying and curing of the paint. Financing is Available - O.A.C To ensure the best possible color match we only use top-of-the-line refinishing products and their computerized color tinting system. This allows for exact color matching with the color that was used in the factory. One of two De Vilbiss down draft paint booths will be used for the final painting operation. One booth is equipped with a bake cycle and the other uses infrared to assist in drying and curing of the paint. |
