Arrow Carstar Collision has grown from a two-man operation to 11 employees - some of them have been with Arrow for 15 years. Stathonikos does not consider himself a strict manager. He says the technicians take a team approach. His staff are graduates of SAIT's Autobody Technician program. The painters receive yearly updating courses through the Sikken's Calgary training center. Together, they work on about 1,000 cars a year and offer a full range of capabilities. They work on all types of cars and light trucks.
